The RPM of the new version of the inventory agent from is available in remi repository for fedora and Enterprise Linux (Redhat, Centos, Oracle, Scientific Linux...).
This of the unified agent (by the main developer) still absolutely compatible with the server.
As always for installtion:
yum --enablerepo=remi install fusioninventory-agentFor configuration of the cron task or service, edit the file: /etc/sysconfig/fusioninventory-agent (comments should be enough for explanation)
In this new RPM version, the cron mode (which is enough for inventory) and the daemon mode (mandatory for next features) are... fusioninventory-agent-2.0.5
