I often work on new features to prepare some update, make some tests, etc.

I have decided to make this RPM available, only for fedora 16 and 17 x86_64, which I use as main operating system.

For now, you will find httpd 2.4.1 and php 5.4.0 (backported from Fedora 18).
Of course, this repository is for expert only, which are not afraid of breaking their installation.
For yum, just add, in your /etc/yum.repos.d/remi.repo :

The old server hosting my web sites (a Dedibox V1) was quite old now. It just have been replaced by a more recent one (a Dedibox Classic).

Old server :
CPU : VIA Esther processor 2000MHz
Memory : 1Gio
Disk : 160 Gio

New server :
CPU :Intel^® Core^™2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz
Memory : 3Gio
Disk : 500Gio / Raid 1

From now, the access to remi repository change.
For active fedora versions (13 et 14), and enterprise linux (6), the repository is still available freely 
but with a 14 days delay after the users which have the benefit of a Premium access.
For older versions, the repository is closed.

Reading the download statistics for this old versions, and comparing with the time required to maintain (and build) packages, I have choose to close this 2 older repositories...

MySQL Worbench, the modeling, development and administration graphical tool for MySQL databases is now available as 5.2.24 (Release Candidate 3). RPM for Fedora ≥ 10 are available in remi repository.

The download site only provide RPM for Fedora 12 i386 and x86_64. My repository provides RPM for Fedora 10, 11, 12, 13, i386, x86_64, ppc and ppc64. Previous Fedora versions and don't have needed dependencies, such as cairo >= 1.8.0.

The pages which provides a quick search in the Packages in Fedora repository, and specially the list of pecl, pear or R package (with upstream information) have, thanks to my friend Trashy, a new theme (great thanks).

When I first create this pages, the theme from the Documentation fedora was used. For a few days, with the new theme, this pages have lost their.
Now, the problem is solved, and the new theme, really cool, locally hosted shouldn't disappear again.

I have upgraded the auto-configuration package for the remi repository.

This new version use the mirrorlist directive to retrieve the online mirror's list (available according to the version). I recommend to upgrade this package, if you have edited the remi.repo (enabled=1 for example), you should copy the new version (remi.repo.rpmnew) and apply your change again...
